Cancellation conditions
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing (by mail).
- up to 14 days after booking confirmation free of charge
- up to 30 days before arrival = deposit
- up to 14 days before arrival = 70 % of the total price
- up to 3 days before arrival or no show = 90 % of the total price
- late arrival or early departure does not entitle to a reduction.
Otherwise, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply.
